PURPOSE:To attain ease of frequency adjustment by providing a guide member guiding the 2nd dielectric substrate in press contact onto a strip line face provided to the 1st dielectric substrate so as to be slid. CONSTITUTION:A low side dielectric substrate 41 on which a center conductor 44 is metallized is fixed to a bottom face of a case 43 and a dielectric substrate 42 is placed on its upper side. On the other hand, the upper dielectric substrate 42 is pressed closely to the substrate 41 with a pressing spring 46 provided to a cover 45 on the case and positioned by a guide 47 for unidirectional slide, then the two substrates 41, 42 are pressed and the substrates 41, 42 are slid only in the lengthwise direction of the line. The frequency is adjusted by sliding the substrate 42 along the guide 47. |
