PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device that adjusts shifting of a sleeve freely and sets position of the sleeve surely and easily by thrusting the sleeve by the action of a piston of a bouble-acting oil pressure mechanism provided in a roll chock. CONSTITUTION:In a movable sleeve type rolling roll 1 in which an arbor 11 to which a sleeve 12 is fitted movably in axial direction is attached to a roll chock 2, a shifting device A that shifts the sleeve 12 is made up of an oil pressure cylinder 3 provided in a through hole 21 of the roll chock 2, a double-acting oil pressure cylinder mechanism consisting of a piston 4 that pushes the sleeve 12 in axial direction, and the first and second oil pressure systems 5, 6 connected to the first and second pressure chambers 50, 60 of a cylinder 3. In above-mentioned shifting device A, solenoid valves 52, 62 are controlled by a controller 7 according to a set value, and the piston 4 is moved forward and backward through the oil pressure systems 5, 6. Thus, the sleeve 12 is positioned, and at the same time, displayed on a display unit 71. |
