The device comprises, in addition to the individual adjustment in terms of height 12-13-19 of each trimming cutter 10, a first general adjustment 20 which acts simultaneously on all the cutters 10 in order to modify the cutting gap and a second general adjustment which also acts on all the cutters 10 in order to modify the space between the said cutters and the circular blade 6.
