<p>PURPOSE:To tighten yokes steadily without increasing the height of a core by a method wherein the ratio of the width of the laminated steel plate composing a main leg and the width of the laminated steel plate composing a yoke is made minimum at the center of the lamination and gradually increased toward the surface of the lamination. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of width LY of the steel plate composing the steel plate laminated body composing a yoke and the width LC of the steel plate composing the steel plate laminated body composing a main leg corresponding to the yoke is made approximately 1 at the center of lamination. The ratio is gradually increased toward the surface of the lamination. One laminated core block is composed of several to ten-odds laminated steel plates of same dimensions and the width ratio is successively increased by every laminated block. Right angle corners P are formed at the inclined joint parts between steel plates of upper and lower yokes 4-7 and steel plates of main legs 1-3 in the surface parts on the steel plate side of the yokes. With this constitution, the steel plate width LYmin in the yoke surface part facing a tightening metal fitting 8 can be large so that the yoke parts can be tightened steadily to increase the strength of the core.</p> |
