The device combines the support part (10) of the actuator (8) with the case (11) and keeps the inside part (9) of the actuator (8) contact with the outer side of the rotor (2); inserting the actuator (8) into the groove (4) of the support (3); attaching the actuator (8) rotatively to the outer side of the rotor (2). The device prevents the shaft from reverse rotating by combining the lever (15) with the support (3). If necessary, the device allows the reverse rotation by the solenoid (13) on the outer side of the case (11). |
