PURPOSE:To improve the stability of outputs at every pulse, and to utilize the titled device for a laser processing having high quality, etc. by temporarily retarding outputs from a laser oscillator and adjusting the titled device so as to obtain necessary outputs in response to laser outputs measured during the retardation. CONSTITUTION:With laser beams 3 outputted from a laser oscillator 2, one part enters into a photodetector 5 by a half mirror 4, and the remainder is inputted to an optical delay circuit 8. The photodetector 5 transmits light-receiving laser power over an arithmetic control section 6 as an electric signal, and the arithmetic control section 6 obtains the laser output of actual laser beams 3, compares the power with a set value previously set by a comparison arithmetic circuit and arithmetically operates it, determines a necessary amplification factor for a laser amplifier 9 and transmits a control signal over a power supply 7 for the laser amplifier. Laser beams outputted from the optical delay circuit 8 are amplified by the laser amplifier 9 and outputted while being retarded only for a fixed time until the laser amplifier 9 is brought to an operable state by the necessary amplification factor. |
