摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of liquid shortcircuit by thermally depositing and integrating a container and a cover using a heat plate body on which a guide body made of heat-resistant synthetic resin is mounted, to be used for fitting an expected part of thermal deposition of a container on the surface of the heat plate body that faces to said expected part of thermal deposition of the container. CONSTITUTION:A heat plate 4 for a cover that melts the expect part 3a of thermal deposition, the cover 3 is mounted on top of a heat plate 1 made of iron that builts in a heater 2. A guide body 6 made of heat-resistant synthetic resin in which a tapered groove 6a used for fitting the upper part 5a of the container partition wall and the upper part 5b of an outer wall to become the expected parts of thermal deposition of the container is mounted on the bottom. After the heat plate 1 is inserted between the container 5 that houses an assembled element and the cover 3, the upper parts 5a and 5b are fit in the groove 6a and the upper parts 5a and 5b are melted. On the other hand, after the part 3a is melted, the heat plate 1 is removed and the expected part 3a of thermal deposition and the upper parts 5a and 5b are deposited and integrated. As a result, a storage battery can accurately be thermally deposited and integrated and the generation of liquid shortcircuit can be prevented.
