A plasma display apparatus is provided to smoothly transfer the heat generated from various circuit elements along a chassis base by positioning plural drive circuit parts at different positions. A plasma display apparatus includes a panel assembly displaying an image using plasma discharge, a chassis base(204) engaged to the panel assembly for supporting the panel assembly, and plural drive circuit parts(220) mounted on the chassis base, various circuit elements mounted on the drive circuit parts to apply a certain signal to a discharge electrode of the panel assembly. The drive circuit parts are spaced apart from the chassis base at different intervals. The drive circuit part has a first drive circuit(221) disposed on the chassis base and the second drive circuit(222) disposed under the first drive circuit.
