PURPOSE:To make a pulse generator compact, reduce the cost, and facilitate the pulse width adjustment by forming the air pressure pulse generator with a negative-type air pressure logic element with pressure decrease detection function and two flow control valves with check valve. CONSTITUTION:When a solenoid two-way valve 24 is switched to the right side position, the air pressure from an air pressure source 25 is applied to the pilot port X of a pulot operation switching valve 26 through the feed port 11c, valve hole 16, passage 15, and output port 11b of a negative-type air pressure logic element 11, and the switching valve 26 is switched to the right side position. Accordingly, the air pressure is fed to the chamber 27b of an air cylinder 27, and a piston 27A is moved in the Y direction. Concurrently, the air pressure from the output port 11b of the element 11 is fed from the input port 11a to the exhaust port of the said element 11 through the check valve 12b and the throttle valve 13a of flow control valves with check valve 12, 13. Accordingly, the pilot pressure having been applied to the switching valve 26 is discharged to the atmosphere, and the piston A is withdrawn.
