PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy and to facilitate the maintenance and control of an injection machine, by mounting balls which are springily supported by a fixed platen or a rotary disc and can advance to or retract from the upper surface of the platen in the rotary disc side or the lower surface of the disc in the fixed platen side. CONSTITUTION:A molded article is left in a bottom force while a rotary disc 6 is pushed up by interval holding apparatuses 14, 14' simultaneously with mold opening and a fixed platen 1 and the rotary disc 6 are held at a constant interval. When a motor 11 for driving the rotary disc is driven in this state and the rotary disc 6 is rotated through a pinion 13 and a drive gear 7, the disc 6 is easily rotated because only supported by balls 18, 18',.... The rotation amount of this rotary disc 6 is detected through positioning notches 31, 31' by a limit switch and, after a definite amount rotation, said disc 6 is stopped. When the rotary disc 6 is rotated 90 deg. to the direction shown by an arrow A by this mechanism, the lower mold 23 present at a mold clamping position is moved to a part above a knock pin 28 and a lower mold 23''' into which an insert material is preliminarily inserted on the rotary disc 6 is sent to the mold clamping position and mold clamping injection and mold opening works are repeated. |
