PURPOSE:To provide titled composition capable of improving adhesivity of RTV silicone (modified) rubber to the surface of base material, comprising a specific silicone-modified epoxy resin, amino group-contg. organosilicon compound, and organotitanic ester. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 100pts.wt. of a silicone-modified epoxy resin containing both epoxy and silicon atom-bonded alkoxy groups, prepared by condensation between (i) an alkoxy group-contg. silane or polysiloxane with its mean unit of formula I (R<1> is monovalent hydrocarbon; X is alkoxy; a is 0-2; b is 1-4) and (ii) an epoxy resin containing, in one molecule, both epoxy and hydroxyl groups so that the ratio given by equation II becomes >=1, (B) 0.5-20pts.wt. of an amino group-contg. organosilicon compound of formula III (R<2> is divalent hydrocarbon; Q is H or aminoalkyl; R<3> and R<4> are each monovalent hydrocarbon; c is 0 or 1), and (C) 0.1-100pts.wt. of an organotitanic ester.
