PURPOSE:To perform the scanning of laser beam without using a special means such as an actuator, by acanning laser beam in a predetermined range by the vibration of a vehicle engine. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting circuit 11 drives a light emitting element 10 on the basis of the trigger signal 201 outputted from a treating circuit 20 to emit beam pulse. This beam pulse is emitted through a reflective mirror 1 and a lens 7 while the reflected wave by an obstacle is received by a light receiving circuit 13 through a lens 14 and a light receiving element 12. A time is measured from light receiving timing 203 and the light emitting timing 202 of a monitor circuit 9 to calculate a distance. Vibration during running rotates and vibrates a resonance system consisting of a reflective mirror 1, a weight and springs 2,3 in the range of a limiter 4 and the emitting angle of laser beam is vibrated. |
