PURPOSE:To control the temperature of cooling water in accordance with the increase and reduction of load without generating output loss by driving a cooling-water pump and a cooling fan by the thermoelectromotive force of a thermoelectric element installed in an engine exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION:A thermoelectric element 9 which generates the thermoelectromotive force corresponding to the temperature difference between the both edges of the element is installed onto the exhaust pipe 8 of an engine, and said thermoelectromotive force is supplied into a cooling-water pump 6 installed in a cooling-water pipe 5 and a motor 12 for driving a cooling fan 11. |
