PURPOSE:To make a system using an RAM efficient by controlling asynchronizingly two sets of transistors (TRs) respectively whose input electrodes are connected in common to a capacitor forming a dual port type RAM to cancell occupancy, etc. of data buses. CONSTITUTION:The dual port type RAM is formed by a capacitor CM whose one end is connected to a prescribed potential and TRs Q1, Q2 taking the other end of the capacitor as a common input electrode. In controlling asynchronizingly gate electrodes and output electrodes of the TRs Q1, Q2 by independent word lines and bit lines W(A) and B(A), W(B) and B(B), read is executed sequentially via the TRs Q1, Q2 even if the same memory cell is selected, the occupancy of data bus is avoided and the system using the RAM is made efficient. |
