PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber-mixed urethane foam containing constant amount of rubber powder regardless of expansion ratios by a method in which rubber powder is added to a foam urethane raw material, the mixture is expanded by heating in molds covered with a specific porosity of metal net, having overflow holes, and then free molded foam portion is removed. CONSTITUTION:A foam material containing urethane raw materials is mixed with rubber powder, and the mixture is cast into molds covered with a metal net having smaller pores than the grain size of the rubber powder, having overflow holes at least partly and expanded by heating in the molds to form a molded foam with free molded foam portion projecting from the overflow holes of the molds. The free molded foam portion is removed from the molded foam in the molds to obtain an objective urethane foam. |
