PURPOSE:To eliminate the signals existing in a frequency region where no luminance signal spectrum is contained in a base band video signal underwent a synchronous wave detection through a costus loop, by constituting a receiver in such a way as subtracting the output of a comb-shaped filter from the output of a synchronous wave detector. CONSTITUTION:The carrier chrominance signal of the lower adjacent channel exists near a color subcarrier frequency fo. Therefore a comb-shaped filter 71 cascades the bands of the carrier chrominance signal centering on the frequency fo. The filter 71 filters and separates the carrier signal of the lower adjacent channel from the output of an A/D converter 65. This separated carrier signal is subtracted from the output of a converter 66 by a subtractor 72, and the lower adjacent channel image pickup signal is deleted out of the output of the subtractor 72. The output of the subtractor 72 is applied to a time direction LPF73 to process signals. |
