LUBRICATING OIL COMPOSITION COMPRISING LUBRICATING OIL, A BASIC METAL SALT AND AN ALKOXYLATED METAL DITHIOPHOSPHATE A composition with extreme pressure/anti-wear, anti-oxidant improved anti-rust activity in lubricating oils comprising: I an oil-soluble metal compound selected from the group consisting of basic alkali or alkaline earth metal salts of carboxylic acids, sulphonic acids, naphthenic acids and alkyl phenols, and II a group II metal dithiophosphate based on an alkoxylated alcohol.
