PURPOSE:To perform the transaction with a low circuit cost among banking facilities having a low using frequency by controlling an automatic transaction system and a transaction banking facility as a transaction medium to connect with a public circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a card of another bank is inserted into an automatic payment machine 1, the device 1 supplies the bank code recorded on the magnetic stripes of the card to a center 2. The center 2 reads the telephone number corresponding to the bank code out of a table 2a and delivers it to a network controller 5. The controller 5 dials the telephone number and controls an exchange network 6 to connect a center 7 of the corresponding bank and a circuit. Then the communication is carried out between the centers 3 and 7. As a result, a transaction is possible between corresponding banks. |
