CONSTITUTION:When, for example, a workpiece 5 introduced into a production line 1 arrives at an inspecting station 2, an inspecting device 14 delivers a work-piece data read-out instruction to a workpiece identifying device 11 through a signal rout B. Further, it receives classified data and inspection history data for the workpiece from a workpiece data holding device 8 and inspects the workpiece. Further, when a result of the inspection is transmitted to a quality control device 16 through a signal rout F, and simultaneously the workpiece data for updating the inspection history of the workpiece 5 are edited to update the data held in the workpiece data holding device 8. The quality control device 16 delivers inspection criteria to inspecting devices 13 through 15 and receives inspection data from these inspecting devices, and then it totalizes the data to carry out a statistic process.</p> |
