PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the increase of ventilation resistance in a blower chamber and to ensure field work efficiency, in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner having a structure wherein the inside of an approximately rectangular parallelepiped box-shaped casing is divided into a blower chamber and a machine chamber by a partitioning plate extending vertically. SOLUTION: This electrical equipment assembly 7 comprises a body 71 in which various electric components including a control board 91 provided with operation control elements, and an inverter control element 92 are mounted, and a board surface of the control board 91 is inclined to a front face of the unit casing 2 along the partitioning plate 28 in a state of being mounted in the unit casing 2.
