PURPOSE:To store information charges for a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements into a cell at an accumulation part by a method wherein the frequency of a clock signal which transfers the information charge in an image pick-up part of a charge transfer element and the frequency of a clock signal which transfers the information signal in the accumulation part are put in a fixed relation. CONSTITUTION:The image pick-up part 101 to convert an optical image into an electrical signal is provided, and the electrical signal of this image pick-up part 101 is memorized to a memory part 103 via the first readout route consisting of a register 108'. The electrical signal of this memory part 103 is applied to an amplifier 107 as an output means to convert transferred charges into current or voltage output via the second readout route 105 consisting of a row of charge transfer part composed of the number of cells approximately equal to the number of horizontal cells at the image pick-up and memory parts. |
