PURPOSE:To set the feeding amount of a recording medium with a voltage set value in comparatively simple way, by using a D/A converting means converting the number of pulses included in a control signal into a voltage value. CONSTITUTION:A head 4 outputs the control signal recorded on a recording medium and records a vertical synchronizing signal of a video signal. A D/A converting circuit 8 outputs a voltage value in response to the number of pulses of the control signal. A voltage comparison circuit 9 compares an output voltage value of the circuit 8 with a predetermined voltage value, and when they are coincident, a coincident signal is outputted. A synchronizing circuit 6 and a driving circuit 2 drive a motor so that the phase of the control signal is synchronized with that of the vertical synchronizing signal, and the motor 3 drives the recording medium. The control circuit 1 reverses the motor 3 and when the comparison circuit 9 outputs a coincident signal, the motor 3 is driven forward, and after the phase of the control signal is synchronized with the phase of the vertical synchronizing signal, a switching means 7 is switched in response to a coincidence signal from the comparison circuit 9 and the vertical synchronizing signal is recorded with the head 4. |
