PURPOSE:To reduce one of the processes for regulating cutter position by a method in which the cutter for cutting off the scallop of a web edge and the cutter for under cutting-machining a flange edge, are fixed to one dividing shaft, and then the cutter for forming a beveling is fixed to amother driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:A cutter 8 for undercutting machining and a cutter 9 for scallop machining are fixed to a driving shaft 14. A cutter 16 for leveling machining is fixed to another driving shaft 15. The portion of mark 5 of a work 18 is machined by the cutter 9 for scallop machining, and the portion of mark 4 is cut off by the cutter 16. The shape of the cut off portion may be changed by regulating the protrusion of the cutter 8. |
