An apparatus for attaching a seat to a tree includes a tightening device (2), designed to clamp around the tree and work together with two clamping devices (4) connected to part (3) of the frame of the seat, in order that, by pulling on the tightening device, the clamping devices are caused to clamp around the tree. The tightening device (2) is connected to the frame part (3) by, for example, a part (7) passing behind a section (8) of the frame. When the seat is attached to the tree, the tightening device (2) runs from the frame part (3) via openings in the clamping device (4) and then around the tree in such a way that the frame (3) is caused to abut the tree in an area (6) between the two clamping devices.<IMAGE> |
