PURPOSE:To obtain good-quality of improved soil by a method in which discharge cylinders are connectedly provided to the lower end of a storage tank for sludge, and a solidifying agent ejector, a stirrer, and a discharge amount regulator are provided to the inside of the discharge cylinders. CONSTITUTION:Outlet 4 is formed near the bottom plate 3 of a discharge cylinder 2 connected to a hopper 1, and a nozzle pipe shaft 5 is set coaxially with the hopper 1. The upper end of the shaft 5 is connected to a solidifying agent supply tube 10 through a swivel 9 and turned by a motor 11. The shaft 5 is provided with stirring blades 12 and 13 and a jet port 14, with a screw 16 set coaxially with the shaft 5, which is turned by a variable speed motor 18. Sludge M charged into the hopper 1 is stirred and mixed with solidifying agent jetted and then discharged from the outlet 4 in a fixed amount. The discharging amount is varied by the turning speed of the motor 18 to regulate the stirring and mixing time to a desired value.
