PURPOSE:To improve fast heating performance, by holding a high temperature with a timer circuit operated automatically after the release of self-holding means in a temperature controller of a phase controlling system. CONSTITUTION:In turning on a push-on switch 40 at the start of power application, since a transistor(TR)42 is conductive, a relay 62 is driven, a contact is closed to the NO side and the temperature of a heater 2 is raised. When the temperature is increased up to a fixed temperature, the TR42 is turned off and the self-holding means is released, and then a comparator 56 is operated as a timer, the heater keeps a high fixed temperature, and after the heater warms up sufficiently a heater and a heating surface, the temperature descends automatically to a temperature set by a variable resistor 23 and a constant power corresponding to the set temperature is consumed by phase control. |
