PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus wherein the time window width of a coincidence detection is changed at every coincidence block. CONSTITUTION:By making use of flip-flops 31, 32, a monostable multivibrator is constituted, and its output is guided to a simultaneous counting gate 33. The output voltage value of D/A converters 34, 35 is decided by data which is input from the outside, and the voltage value of an inversion output terminal is changed by it. Thereby, the time window width of a coincidence detection is set.
