<p>PURPOSE:To transfer data to an exclusive latch through an I/O bus of a microcomputer by providing an exclusive latch for setting a data, on a reference frequency counter and a frequency setting program counter. CONSTITUTION:When a data for generating object frequency exists in a general register 9, this data is transferred successively to a latch R and a latch S by executing an instruction for transferring the data to the latch R and the latch S through a data bus 8 and an I/O bus 5, in the course of setting an instruction of a microcomputer. A reference frequency counter 2 and a frequency setting program counter 3 are connected to a phase comparator 4. Outputs of both counters corresponding to a value of the latch R and the latch S are inputted to an input of the phase comparator 4. Subsequently, an output of the phase comparator 4 is subjected to waveform conversion, and this converted output is fed back to the frequency setting counter 3.</p> |
