摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily determine the base sequence of nucleic acid with high accuracy, by performing the image display of an autoradiograph in the determination of the basis sequence of nucleic acid and forming a reading cursor, which traverses separation development rows and moves along the band of each row, on the displayed image. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the migration pattern formed by electrophoretically separating and developing a mixture of four kinds of base (G, A, T, C) specific DNA fragments each provided with a radioactive marker on a gel support medium, an autoradiograph is obtained by radiograph method using a photosensitive material or a radiation image converting method using an accumulative fluorescent sheet. The digital signal corresponding to the autoradiograph is obtained by an image reading device. In this case, a cursor 8 formed in a folding line shape along the shape of a band is moved to the band developing direction on a picture to successively read the band.</p>
