Diastereomeric forms 1 and 2 of azolylsilyl glycol ethers, their preparation, and their use as fungicides

As diastereomeric forms of the azolylsilyl glycol ethers of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are a C1-C4-alkyl radical or phenyl, R<4> is a C1-C4-alkyl radical, halogen or phenyl, m is the number 0, 1, 2 or 3 and X and Y are CH or N, moreover 1-p-chlorophenoxy-3,3-dimethyl-2-trimethylsiloxy-1-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl )-butane and 1-p-bromophenoxy-3,3-dimethyl-2-trimethylsiloxy-1-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) -butane, the diastereomeric form 1 which is less readily soluble in pentane and the diastereomeric form 2 which is more readily soluble in pentane, and their salts which are compatible with plants, and fungicides containing them.
