摘要	PURPOSE:To weld a laminated member which sandwiches an electrical insulation layer easily to a mounting member, etc. by notching said member and conducting two sheets of facing members electrically at the limited part. CONSTITUTION:A laminated member 1 which sandwiches an electrical insulation layer 4 between facing members 2, 3 consisting of metallic plates having conductivity is provided with, for example, a notch 5 so that the members 2, 3 are made conductable. A mounting member 6 having conductivity is brought into contact with the limited part of one member 3. Electrodes 7, 8 facing the limited part of the other member 2 and the member 6 are pressed to both members, then electricity is conducted to the electrodes 7, 8. The member 1 is thus welded easily to the member 6.
