PURPOSE:To obtain an integrally molded item having two or more parts, by injecting and filling a second raw mixture a part of which is different from a first raw mixture into a second cavity section formed adjacent to the set part of the first raw mixture. CONSTITUTION:The first raw mixture containing reinforcing fibers is injected into the mold comprising a top force 1, a bottom force 2 and a movable partition 3 through an introducing passage 6 to fill the independent cavity. The filled raw material quickly sets to form a highly rigid polyurethane set part 8. Then the movable partition 3 is lifted, and the second raw mixture is injected through an introducing passage 7 into the mold to fill the second cavity part 5 with the second raw mixture, and it is allowed to set adjacent to the set part 8 thereby providing the intended integrally molded item. The second raw mixture consists mainly of a polyol and a polyisocyanate. |
