PURPOSE:To facilitate setting operation, to quantize an alarm value, and to improve the reliability of a process control system by using plural servo type program signal generating mechanisms and setting the alarm value by program signals. CONSTITUTION:A program signal generating mechanism 1 sends out a program signal S for setting the temperature of a controlled system C. A control circuit 2 performs ON-OFF control or PID control on the basis of the program signal S1 and a conversion signal S1 from a thermocouple 7. A program signal generating mechanism 4 sends out the alarm value (upper or lower limit value) which includes the temperature response, etc., of the controlled system C to one input terminal of a comparator 5 as a program signal S5. The comparator 5 inputs the conversion signal S3 and alarm signal S5 to generate an alarm signal S6 when the conversion signal S3 exceeds the alarm signal S5. |
