PURPOSE:To reduce the increase of internal resistance and prevent the decrease of discharge capacity during storage by using an electrolyte solution obtained by dissolving the electrolyte represented by a compound indicated by a specific chemical formula, in an organic solvent with the property of non-ring-opening polymerization. CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte obtained by dissolving a compound indicated by general formula (I) (where, X is phosphorus, antimony, arsenic or boron and n is 6 when X is phosphorus, antimony or arsenic and X is 4 when X is boron. m is a positive number of 1-4 and R is ethylene glycol ether) in an organic solvent with the property of non-ring-opening polymerization is used. A compound indicated by general formula (III) (where, m is a positive number of 1-4) is recommended as the compound indicated by general formula (I). Besides, the concentration of the compound indicated by general formula (I) in the electrolyte should be 0.5-3.5mol/l. Such a compound is recommended as the organic compound in which its main component is at least one material selected from a group consisting of propylene carbonate, digly, triglym, etc. |
