PURPOSE:To use and manage a titled recorder only by the specific operator, by making it possible to record data only when code information previously registered in a nonvolatile memory is inputted. CONSTITUTION:Code information and copying information required for the management of the number of copying sheets are stored in the nonvolatile memory 30. Only when the same code information as that previously stored in the memory 30 is inputted from input buttons 11-13, the mode is turned to copy enabling status. After completion of registration, a program in the copying mode is executed by a control part 20. After execution of the specific operation, the copying device is turned to the management mode and the utilizing status of the section is displayed on a numerical display 14 in each paper size on the basis of register number inputted from a numerical input button 12. Thus only the operator knowing the register code number and permitted to input data can use the device and can manage the number of copying sheets. |
