PURPOSE:To smoothen the movement of a working fluid by detecting the components of non- condensed gas staying in the condensing part of a heat exchanger and operating discharging means on the basis of the detected values to automatically discharge the non-condensed gas out of the system. CONSTITUTION:A reference gas is introduced into an analysis meter 59 through a pipe 50 and an accumulated condensed gas at the bottom part of a condenser 2 is introduced therein through a mixing chamber 48 by passing it through a pipe 57, and the quantity of generated non-condensed gas is detected from the O2 concentration value of the gaseous mixture. When the O2 concentration value exceeds the upper limit set value, a suction pump 66 of the non- condensed gas discharging device is started. Then, valves 63', 65, 67 and 70 are opened, and a part of the non-condensed gas is introduced from the condensing part 2 into a non-condensed gas accumulating chamber 100. Then, when the level of water sealed beforehand in the gas accumulating chamber 100 becomes lowermost. The water suction pump 66 is stopped, and water in the gas accumulating chamber 100 is stopped, and water in the gas accumulating chamber 100 is stored in a second liquid sealing chamber 69. Then valves 63', 65 and 67 are closed, and valves 74 and 75 are opened, and water in the second liquid sealing chamber 69 is caused to naturally flow into the gas accumulating chamber 100, and non-condensed gas is discharged from an exhaust pipe 75'. |
