PURPOSE:To constitute the pickup of a synchronizing signal with a simple circuit, by generating a clock signal in virtually synchronizing with change point formation of an NRZ signal basing on said information. CONSTITUTION:The NRZ signal inputted to an input terminal 1 is inputted to a level change point detection circuit 2, which detects the level change points of the NRZ signal and outputs a detection signal. A virtual phase synchronism circuit 5 is activated with the input of the detection signal and outputs a virtual clock signal which is oscillated in the frequency equal to the transmission route of the received NRZ signal and has the phase in agreement with the newest information of the circuit 2. A clock signal phase synchronism circuit 6 is operated with the input of the virtual clock signal and outputs the bit synchronism signal in synchronizing with the said NRZ signal from an output terminal 4. |
