<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the discharging device of a sintered dust storage hopper for a dry dust collector as well as avoid the solidification of the sintered dust into lumps. CONSTITUTION:In a sintering process, a pipe 2 with a valve 3, leading to a sintered dust storage hopper 1 (three in Figure) for each dry dust collector, is connected with a common pipe 4 which is connected with a sintering raw material tank 5 with an air vent 6. From the common pipe 4, the sintered dust of the storage hopper 1 is sent to the sintering raw material tank 5 by means of air, nitrogen gas, etc. As a gaseous fluid used, air is recommendable. Also, the sintering dust stored in dry state in the storage hopper of the dry dust collector may be received in a jet pack truck, and then delivered to the sintering raw material tank pneumatically.</p> |
