PURPOSE:To effectively operate pressurized ink, by adding an one-directional fluid valve 1 to a connection hole to an ink tank from the outside of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle head, including a multinozzle, a pressure generating chamber, and an ink flow path having a hole linked to an ink tank at its terminal end and corresponding to each nozzle, is constituted by adhering a substrate thereto. An one-directional fluid valve 1 is added to a hole coupled to the ink tank from the outside of the substrate, a common ink chamber 12 is formed so as to totally cover the fluid valve 1, and the common ink chamber 12 is positioned in direct communication with the ink tank. The nozzle head may be manufactured merely by placing the substrate on top of the other, and this facilitates manufacture. The installation of a valve device enables the effective transfer of a pressure to a nozzle side at a time when ink is discharged, and allows the effective transfer of a pressure to the ink tank side at a time when ink is supplied. |
