Propenylamine derivatives represented by the following general formula:$(8,)$¨ADwherein R?1 and R2¿ may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl or, when taken together, R?1 and R2¿ represent a hetero ring together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, R3 represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy, A and B may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen atom or aryl, Z represents oxygen or sulfur atom, q represents alkylene or a group represented by -(CH¿2?)nX?1-(CH¿2)m- (wherein X1 represents oxygen atom or sulfur atom, n represents an integer of 1 to 3, and m represents an integer of 2 to 4), R4 represents H,$(4,)$(wherein R5 represents H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl, and E represents oxygen or sulfur atom, =NR6 (wherein R6 represents H, cyano, nitro, alkyl, aryl, alkylsulfonyl or arylsulfonyl) or =CHR7 (wherein R7 represents nitro, alkylsulfonyl or arylsulfonyl) or a group represented by the following formula:$(8,)$(wherein X2 represents oxygen atom or sulfur atom, Y represents aryl or pyridyl optionally substituted by one to five lower alkyl or lower alkoxy substituents in arbitrary positions, R8 represents H or alkyl, and p represents 0 or an integer of 1 to 5), with said aryl and aralkyl being optionally substituted in an arbitrary position of the aromatic nucleus by at least one subtituent selected from among halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, and methylenedioxy¨BD, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. These are useful as drugs for digestive organs, drugs for circulatory organs, analgesics, antiinflammatory agents, or intermediates for synthesizing them.
