PURPOSE:To make the column for installing a forming cylinder unnecessary and to make the forming machine compact, by chucking the outer diameter of a work with a collet chuck and performing chamfer forming by lowering a draw bar strongly and sliding a forming tool to the direction of outer diameter. CONSTITUTION:A titled machine is made up of a fixed jig 1 having a reference fitting 1a on which a work is mounted in the upper part, a chamfer forming tool 9 supported by the jig and moves in radial direction, the first tapering 8 having taper corresponding to the tapered part of inner diameter and expands the forming tool in the radial direction by its descent, a forming cylinder 5 placed on the side of the jig 1 and provided with a piston 9 fixed to the base 12, a draw bar 7, lower part of which is fixed to the piston 9 and the first taper ring 8 is fixed to the upper part, a collet chuck 4 that supports outer diameter of the work 2 and the second taper ring 11 having lower part fixed to the piston 9 and returns the forming tool 9 to the center by its ascent. |
