PURPOSE:To attain a simple constitution and small-sized oscillator, by arranging a pair of electrodes coupled acoustically on one surface of a quartz substrate mounting an oscillation circuit and arranging a common electrode on another surface. CONSTITUTION:After a back side A of a substrate for a part to be operated as an oscillator is processed for recessed surface with a desired thickness on one side of a quartz substrate 6, a pair of electrodes 8 and 9 are attached and formed so that the electrodes can acoustically coupled with the same surface as the mounting surface of a hybrid IC7 as an oscillation circuit for quartz oscillator, and an entire electrode 10 is formed on the back side of the substrate 6 opposing to the pair of electrodes 8 and 9. Thus, the electrodes 8 and 9 on the mounting surface pattern-connected to the hybrid IC7 are taken as two terminals for the oscillator, which is operated in an oblique symmetrical mode. |
