<p>PURPOSE:To realize a full automatic factory by storing plural work programs in a numerical controller, generating a work program selection signal by a robot controller, and then performing numerical control processing which corresponds to the selection signal through the numerical controller. CONSTITUTION:A work program number in robot command data is read out of the starting address of a data memory DMR that the working memory WMR pointer of a robot controller indicates. This number is read by the processor MPUN of a numerical controller NCU through a data transfer line DTL. Then, the processor MPUN stores the starting address of the data memory DMN, stored with the work program corresponding to the sent program number, in the pointer of the memory WMN. Consequently, the work program and robot command data which correspond to a work are selected and command data are read out of addresses that the pointer indicates successively to perform desired work and robot services.</p> |
