<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate heating work by providing an oven composed to at least partially surround a turbine impeller, and controlling plural heating devices of it to provide maximum heat input to the impeller without generating chemical change or the like of the impeller in accordance with a measured temperature signal. CONSTITUTION: In a turbine rotor 10, plural turbine stages comprising plural impellers 44, 46, 48... are fixed on a shaft by shrinkage fitting, and an electric oven 60 is used for shrinkage fitting. This electric oven 60 comprises oven parts 62, 64 of a two-parted structure to be engaged with each other by latch type tightening devices to compose a plate-like assembly, and an electric heater is provided in a semi-circular heating zone 84, 86 parted to plural control sections 88 in each oven part 62, 64. The electric heater is energization- controlled to provide maximum heat input to the impeller 44, 46, 48... without generating chemical change or pressure damage of the impeller 44, 46, 48... in accordance with result of measurement of impeller surface temperature for each control section 88.</p> |
