The electroacoustic device of the alarm-watch is mounted in a waterproof case (12). It comprises electromagnetic means (3) which vibrate a lever (13) which faithfully transmits its oscillations by way of a length-adjustable rod (17) to the watch glass (1). The latter acts as vibrating membrane; it can oscillate freely, since it is mounted on an elastic piece (20) fixed at its perimeter by wedging between the middle (5), the bezel (4) and a seal (21) which provides for the waterproofing of the device. <IMAGE>
