PURPOSE:To enable to cut off a recording paper at a correct position, by carrying a prescribed length's share of recording rear end in excess of the cutter position in advance and operating and restoring the cutter while drawing pack the recording paper by the prescribed length with the reversing of the driving source. CONSTITUTION:A platen roller 19 is forwarded, a roll recording paper is carried by a length L1 between the platen roller 19 and a cutter 21 so that the recording end position comes to the position of the cutter 21 (21A and 21B), and the paper is carried in excess of the position of the cutter 21 by a prescribed length L2 further. When a pulse motor is reversed, the roll recording paper is drawn back by the prescribed length L2 of the paper together with the reversing of the platen roller 19. The moving blade 21A rotates down and instantly cuts off the roll recording paper. |
