发明名称 HYDROGEN LEAKAGE DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve calibration of a hydrogen gauge quickly at a high accuracy by injecting hydrogen released from a hydrogen releasing body into a material to be measured through a hydrogen injection membrane with a heater for maintaining the temperature at a fixed value provided in a chamber for housing the hydrogen releasing body. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 41 for releasing hydrogen is provided with a heater 42 and a thermometer 43. The output of the thermometer 43 controls the caloric value of a heater 42 so as to maintain the temperature of the chamber 41 with a temperature controller 44. The chamber 41 is heated with the heater 42 monitoring the pressure gauge 40 sensing the inside of a hydrogen gauge calibrating device 35. When the pressure in the hydrogen gauge calibrating device 35 reaches a target, the temperature of the chamber 41 is controlled with the temperature controller 44 or the like to be maintained at a fixed value. Hydrogen released into the chamber 41 is injected into sodium in the hydrogen injection membrance housing chamber 1 via the flowmeter 7 and a hydrogen injection membrance 2. The level of the hydrogen is determined with the flowmeter 7. This enables the calibration of a hydrogen gauge quickly at a high accuracy as only hydrogen gas is released as gas.
