Device for collecting horse dung

In stands and horse transport vehicles, a device for collecting horse dung is to be used, which protects both the stand or the transport vehicle and the horse itself from soiling by horse dung and which additionally can be mounted without great expenditure. Such a device comprises a collecting container (7) suspended directly behind the horse (3), which extends across virtually the entire width between the side walls (5, 6) of the stand or transport vehicle (1) and is designed to yield backwards from at least the side (13) facing the horse.
