PURPOSE:To reduce the friction loss in operation and improve durability by connecting the outer diameter parts of a plurality of projecting parts of one joint member in cylindrical form and connecting the inner diameter parts of a plurality of projecting parts of the other joint member, in radial form. CONSTITUTION:Three projecting parts 2, 2' are formed on each of a pair of joint members 1 and 1', and the projecting parts 2 and 2' have two planes 4 and 4' parallel to the shaft parts 3 and 3' of the joint members 1 and 1'. A holder 5 has six arms 6 radially, and the hole 7 into which a spherical body 8 is fitted loosely is formed in the circumferential direction on the arm 6. At the center of the holder 5, two spherical guides 9 and 9' having the centers 0' and 0'' apart by a fixed distance d on both sides from the center surface comprising the arm 6 are formed. A pair of joint members 1 and 1' are assembled from right and left, keeping the holder 5 at the center, so that the projection part of the spherical body 8 from the arm 6 is interposed between the planes 4 and 4' of the projecting parts 2 and 2'. |
