PURPOSE:To prevent by providing exhaust ports on the surface of a casing and the side of a cylindrical body so that no air may accumulate on and above a turbine. CONSTITUTION:At the lower end of a motor A located over the sea level is downwardly suspended a cylindrical body B, at the lower part of which a casing C larger in diameter than the cylindrical body B is provided. A suction port E is formed on the center of the lower surface of the casing C, at the side surface of which a discharge port F is formed. A rotary shaft G projected from the motor A is insertingly extended in the body B, and has its lower end penetrated into the casing C. Furthermore, a turbine H is mounted on the lower end of the shaft G. Here, the casing C and the turbine H are placed under the water. Exhaust ports I and J are provided on the upper surface of the casing C and on the cylindrical body B, respectively. In this constitution, no air may accumulate the area X. |
